Meal Plan Monday September 6th

We’re back in a meal plan groove! Anyone else love the rhythm that back to school brings? I feel such a sense of coming back to center in our routine and creating new habits. We’re back into our routine of picking meals together and planning the week.  Our farmer’s market haul also dictates our menu, which we’re very happy for a few more months! This week we have some fun dishes that I feel really embrace and highlight the last few weeks of summer. Meal Plan for the Week of September 6th, 2021 Total unique veggie count for this week’s meal plan, just for dinners: 30! Add a green smoothie, salad for lunch, or snack on some fruit to get you even more! We build our plans to have a variety of proteins and diversity of fruits & veggies.
