How? Let’s explore how nourishing yourself and embracing body peace can have a positive impact on your overall wellbeing. Every year around my birthday I treat myself to the ultimate self care: a pap smear, mammogram, dermatologist, and annual physical with full bloodwork. For as long as I’ve been having a more in-depth review of bloodwork, my inflammation has been high.
