We’re back from our vacations and re-entry was a breeze thanks to our meal plan. Sometimes it can be really hard to get back from back to back trips and get back into the swing of things. But we’ve found that by even just writing it down or making a plan on our board, we almost always stick to it! Meal Plan for the Week of August 9th, 2021 Total unique veggie count for this week’s meal plan, just for dinners: 31! Add a green smoothie, salad for lunch, or snack on some fruit to get you even more! We build our plans to have a variety of proteins and diversity of fruits & veggies.
